The Site presents the international education services offered by Eudoxia Worldwide Education Specialists Inc. and provides information about destinations, programs, and signature partnerships (e.g. PSG Academy Pro). Information on the Site is for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer.

Any formal service relationship between Eudoxia and a candidate or family is established through a separate signed engagement letter, which alone defines the scope, deliverables and fees. The information published on the Site does not, by itself, create any contractual obligation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up-to-date. However, tuition fees, intake dates, admission criteria and visa procedures are set by third-party institutions and governments — they may change without notice. Always confirm with an Eudoxia advisor before making a decision.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (e.g. eudoxiatunisie.com, eudoxiaworld.com, partner universities, YouTube). Eudoxia is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those external sites.

All content on the Site — text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, code — is the exclusive property of Eudoxia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written authorisation is forbidden.

You agree not to: attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware or harmful code; scrape the Site at scale; misrepresent the source of submissions; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eudoxia disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Eudoxia may update these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the date of your visit. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal, Québec.
